“ I think Schnucks is the greatest. They have exactly what I need and it is very easy to find. Was able to get ice tea and it was on sale, Winner ! ”
“ Customer service!! What can I say every time I'm in the store it impresses me. Last year I was looking for onion blossom sauce, they only had the kits left with the cutter and fry mix. They opened the kit and gave me the sauce. Today went there for Boneless chicken thighs. They didn't have any that I could see. So I asked the butcher he said let me look in back. Said couldn't see any. So we did other shopping. He found us in an isle and bought the box out of Thighs. How nice that I didn't have to go to another store. ”
“ During this challenging time when it is necessary to change our lifestyles due to the pandemic, I decided to try online grocery shopping and delivery from Schnucks. I easily signed up and began my shopping through Instacart. At first I had some minor difficulties finding the brands and items that I prefer. Some prices were notably higher than prices where I typically shop. But the convenience and peace of mind were worth the extra cost. It was very simple to add or remove items from my cart and review my purchases. I believe that I probably saved $60 because I stuck to my list. Due to a high demand for deliveries, my groceries were scheduled to arrive in 2 days which they did. The driver was courteous and helpful. She left the groceries on my front porch as directed. This process couldn't have been simpler! I immediately placed a second order which arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Great! While the Instacart shopper filled my order I received texts if some items were substituted because of high demand. Sorry, though, no toilet paper! The second driver was friendly and courteous. My husband (who LOVES to grocery shop) attempted to sign up for a competitor's pick-up service. He became frustrated with the app and went to the grocery store and shopped as usual. I read that Instacart workers may go on strike because they need protective gear and extra pay for the risk they are taking. I increased the tips for both drivers. It's a Friday night and I do not have to grocery shop this weekend. Thanks to Schnucks and Instacart! Stay well! ”
“ I love Schnucks. The staff is helpful, care about your experience, the food and groceries they sell are top-notch, and the facility is always clean and well-lit. Note: I don't know WTF Yelp is insinuating by asking us if they use plastic straws (LOL), or have gender-neutral bathrooms, or use plastic bags. Do the ppl running Yelp think everywhere is Commiefornia? I'd love to hear Yelp's team explain why that matters. Because it doesn't. Seriously, can't say this enough -- I love Schnucks. “ Hands down the best produce in town. So fresh. The store is super clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love their bakery. The cakes are so yummy. All of their breads and desserts are so good. The deli has a huge selection. It's the only place I shop now! ”
“ I grew up in St. Louis, so I'm very familiar with Schnucks, and I go here whenever I need a St. Louis fix. They sell Imo's shredded provel cheese, and on occassion I've seen Ted Drews frozen custard and frozen pizzas from St. Louis pizza places. Most recently, I wanted a special Schlafly beer (a Coffee Raspberry Stout they brew in collaboration for and exclusively for Schnucks), and emailed them asking if they'd have any coming in. Their corporate offices called, contacted the manager at the local store, and had some sent to the store for me. Great service that I tremendously appreciated! ”
